Brinks Safe

Hampton Products has never manufactured safes.

We license the Brinks brand name to use on our padlocks and door hardware.

We hope the following information will be helpful.

Brinks had a licensing agreement with First Alert to make the personal safes and lockboxes, which ended in 2006. 

If you have an issue with the combination of your safe:

They used to help customers with some of the combinations but not all of them, First Alert can be reached at 800-323-9005. 

If you have an issue with lost keys:

First Alert helped customers with keys until 2013 so it is recommended that you consult a locksmith for a key.
