The Keeper® Adjustable Wheel Bonnet Tie-Down is designed to go over tires and is equipped with two adjustable straps and 2 in. cam buckles to prevent wear from abrasion and jerking during transportation. The twisted snap hook works to give direct alignment with the anchor point and is suitable for multiple applications. It features tough Hi-Test® webbing more resilient than chain that won't rot or mildew. Use with Keeper® 04517 (ratchet or winching device not included).
