1. Try lifting the door by pulling up on the lever and working the key on the outside or turn knob on the inside.
2. Insert flat head screwdriver between storm door and frame, gently apply pressure on storm door away from the door frame. Work the key on the outside or turn knob on the inside.
3. Remove lever and plate on inside of door. Remove lever and plate on outside of door. Through the cut out of the door, maybe on inside or outside, you will see the silver deadbolt between the lever and cylinder. With flat head screwdriver, shift deadbolt away from the door frame.
