There are two types of rotation with PPR Levers:
1. Conventional Clockwise/Counterclockwise
2. Push/Pull
The actual rotation necessary can depend on the door preparation, including the gap between the door and the strike. But I think we can say on average that the rotation necessary to retract the bolt far enough to open the door is about 11 degrees for both types. A conventional lever has to be rotated 45 degrees minimum, or up to 78 degrees, depending on the type of latch used.
