The Keeper® 15 ft. Ratchet Tie-Down features an abrasion-resistant 1-3/4 in. webbing to asorb shock during transport, corrosion-resistant ratchet buckle, open molded handle, and double J hooks. The ratchet buckle is designed with a rotating gear and lever mechanism latch to tighten and secure your load. To engage attach the hook to an anchor point, pull webbing to desired tension leaving a bit of slack and ratchet by raising and lowering the handle. The webbing then locks into place to secure your cargo.
