The Keeper® 16 ft. Heavy Duty Ratchet Tie-Down features an abrasion resistant 2 in. Hi-Test® webbing to absorb shock during transportation. It is constructed with a steel ratchet buckle, Open Molded EZ handles and double J-hooks. The ratchet buckle is designed with a rotating gear and lever mechanism latch to tighten and secure your load. To engage attach the hook to an anchor point, pull webbing to desired tension leaving a bit of slack and ratchet by raising and lowering the handle. The webbing then locks into place to secure your cargo.
