The Keeper® 16 ft. Ratchet Tie-Down features an abrasion-resistant wide 2 in. Hi-Test® webbing to secure your cargo and absorb shock during transportation. It is constructed with a durable padded molded ratchet handle and vinyl-coated double J-hooks. To engage attach the hook to an anchor point, pull webbing to desired tension leaving a bit of slack and ratchet by raising and lowering the handle. The webbing then locks into place to secure your cargo.
