The KEEPER® 8 ft. Mountable Rack-Ratchet® is the perfect tie-down to keep your cargo safe and secured. It features an abrasion-resistant 1-1/2 in. Hi-Test® webbing to absorb during transportation. Constructed with a durable metal ratchet buckle, open molded handle, and vinyl-coated double J hooks to prevent scratching and marring. The rack-ratchet is mountable to fit both square and round frame racks. Secure light to mid-size loads by attaching the hook to an anchor point or loop around to affix with D-ring.
