The Keeper® 14' High Tension Ratchet Tie-Down features a durable 1-1/2" Hi-Test® webbing to absorb shock during transportation and is corrosion and abrasion-resistant. It is constructed with a metal ratchet buckle, padded open molded grip handle, and vinyl coated double J hooks to prevent scratching and marring. The ratchet buckle is designed with a rotating gear and lever mechanism latch to tighten and secure your load. To engage, attach the hook to an anchor point, secure webbing over load, pull webbing to desired tension leaving a bit of slack and rachet by raising and lowering the handle. The webbing then locks into place to secure your cargo. Coated steel double J-hooks may loop back to an included D-ring for outstanding ease of use and versatility.
