The 04529 3-3/8 D-Ring anchor w/bracket has (2) square holes for mounting.
The holes measure 0.40" x 0.40"
Originally the 04529 was yellow zinc chromate (gold colored) - there may still be old stock out there.
Since early 2017 the 04529 finish has been changed to white-blue zinc chromate (silver).
It uses a 3/8” Carriage Bolt.
