Both the 07203 & 07204 are waterproof (weather-proof) roof top cargo bags.
The bag material is a heavy polyester fabric that has an external laminated PVC layer & as well as an internal laminated PVC layer…..(not really rubber).
The Cargo Bag is 44in. x 34in. x 17in.
The only difference between these 2 bags is the weight/thickness of this bag fabric.
The 07204 is made of 25% heavier and more durable vinyl than the 07203.
The 07203 uses 450 gram per sq. meter fabric (450g/m²)……Keeper logo is orange….orange reinforcement patches for straps (will be changing to black).
The 07204 uses 520 gram per sq. meter fabric (520g/m²)……Keeper logo is white…….black reinforcement patches for straps
All other characteristics in a comparison of these bags are the same (size, straps, buckles, zipper w/storm flap).
Please note that the zipper on the Rooftop Cargo Bags are not waterproof & nor are the bags rated for submersion. This is the reason the storm flaps must be secured closed & the reason for the bag to be positioned correctly on the vehicle roof top (solid/logo side facing forward/front of vehicle & zipper toward the back). Requires side rails and cross bars for proper installation.
The weatherproof feature is dependent upon having the storm flap securely fasten over the zipper. The material itself is designed to protect the contents, but if the flaps are not secured it will leak.
